The above room rates are includes of:

• American Breakfast at the restaurant.
• Welcome drink upon check in.
• Complimentary pick-up service only from Phuket airport to hotel minimum 3 nights consecutive stay must be informed at least 2 days before arriving.
• Late check out subject to room availability.

• Breakfast for the child below 12 years old is uncharged
• Child younger than 12 years old will be sharing the parent's room using bed furnished in the room free of charge.
• Children 12 years old and above are considered as adults and chargeable at adult price.

• The standard room check out time is 12.00 pm. and check in time is after 2.00 pm.
• For check out time after 17.00 pm., a full night rate will be applied.
• For any boking that require a late C/0 up to 17.00 pm., 50% charge based on the contract will be applied.
• Reservation are held until 4 pm. Only, Unless guaranteed by credit card or first night deposit.
